What We Do
With a total area of approximately 25,000 sq. feet, our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit houses most modern machines like automatic fin folding and fin welding line, CNC cutting and marking machine, shearing and press brake, dust proof paint shop. We also have an in-house design team who can assist you in making most economical and production oriented tank designs.

Voltamp Transformers, Oman: 3D modelling
Weight of the tank is a very critical part for any transformer. We worked with our customer Voltamp and started designing all the tanks on the latest 3D software. This not only helped us to zero down on the weight of the tanks but also helped us improvise the tank designs with continuous discussion with customer and thereby achieving a seamless production process. Now all our tanks are designed on 3D modelling and we are able to control many unexpected problems during our designing stage itself.

Sneda Transformers, Ghana: Designing and Supply Chain
Our client, Sneda Transformers in Ghana, was starting a new factory and they chose us to be their supplier for tanks. We not only helped them in designing the complete mechanical structure of the tank but also helped procure all the major raw materials for transformer and send them in the same container along with tanks. This helped them save their resources of following up with various vendors as we procured everything and shipped along with tanks thereby creating cost savings in logistics.
